Project Description: The bridge replacement on Cobb Island Road (MD 254) is an MSHA (Maryland State Highway Administration) project.  The County requested to have pedestrian lighting added at the time of construction.  This was facilitated via a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to promote safety, health and general welfare of the citizens of the County and the State.
