The Neighborhood Broadband Expansion - Category 2 project was completed in November 2022. The project brought broadband access to over 150 homes in various Category 2 areas. Category 2 means the residents are located in "pockets" of unserved in areas that are otherwise served. The following neighborhoods/roads were included in this project:

• Oaks Road
• Serenity Woods
• Waverly Point
